报告题目(Title): A Distributionally Robust Linear Receiver Design for Multi-Access Space-Time Block Coded MIMO Systems

报告摘要(Abstract) A receiver design problem for multi-access space-time block coded multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems is considered. To hedge the mismatch between the true and the estimated channel state information (CSI), several robust receivers have been developed in the past decades. Among these receivers, the Gaussian robust receiver has been shown to be superior in performance. This receiver is designed based on the assumption that the CSI mismatch has Gaussian distribution. However, in real world applications, the assumption of Guassianity might not hold. Motivated by this fact, a more general distributionally robust receiver is proposed, where only the mean and the variance of the CSI mismatch distribution are required in the receiver design. A tractable semi-definite programming (SDP) reformulation of the robust receiver design is developed.

 

个人简介(Biography):李彬博士于2005年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学自动化专业并获得工学学士学位,2008年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学控制科学与工程系并获得工学硕士学位,2011年在澳大利亚科廷大学获得数学与统计系博士学位。2012年至2014在西澳大利亚大学电气电子与计算机工程系从事博士后研究,20142017年在澳大利亚科廷大学数学与统计系从事研究工作。目前,在四川大学电气信息学院任特聘研究员。李彬博士主要从事数值优化方法在控制理论与工程,信号处理以及无线通信中的应用。李博士共发表SCI检索期刊20余篇,其中包括IEEE Transactions on Signal ProcessingIEEE Transactions on Wireless CommunicationsIEEE Transactions on Communications等顶级杂志。
