LI ZHENGQUAN, he received the B.S. degree in Jilin University of Technology in 1998, the M.S. degree in University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in 2000 and the Ph.D degree in Circuit and System from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2003. He is a professor of Department of Electronic Engineering in Jiangnan University. Now he is a post-doctor in the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, Southeast University. His current research interests include Electronic & Communication Engineering and Control Engineering, such as space time coding and cooperative communications and massive MIMO and NB-IOT.
