Research Status

My research addresses the methods and techniques of model free adaptive control and fault tolerant control (FTC) for complex nonlinear systems. Starting from my Ph.D. study, I worked on the active FTC methodology for NSV and model free adaptive control for process control system. We proposed a decentralized FTC approach and a new dynamic anti-windup method with control input constrain, I joined Jiangnan University at 2014.

In the recent five years, my research interest is on the interconnected power system with distributed renewable energy and energy storage. As the development direction of the future power grid, the multi-area interconnected power system needs more friendly access to various renewable generation systems. I proposed a framework of circuit topology for interconnected power system with energy storage.

In addition, I researched on model free adaptive control, fault tolerant control and multi-agent techniques, and proposed a model free adaptive control method for high-order nonlinear system.

Until now, I have published over 50 papers in international and domestic journals and conferences, and serve as reviewer to many international and domestic journals.
